US Suites at The Renaissance provides a beautifully landscaped acreage with pool, fitness center, disability access, clubhouse, on-site business center, covered parking and garages. Your apartment home has a washer and dryer, internet access, cable TV, garbage disposal, dishwasher, patio or balcony, air conditioning, walk-in closets, fireplace, microwave, window coverings, extra storage and a fully furnished kitchen. Pets allowed in some suites with prior arrangements and pet fee. Our corporate apartment home requires a minimum of three night stays. Our Cancellation policies are: Reservations for less than 30 nights stay must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Reservations for longer than 30 nights must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty of one week's (7 nights) room and tax.
