Watersong is an elegant two story home with spacious rooms. There are TVs for your entertainment and a modern kitchen with all the conveniences you expect from a great resort. The very spacious 5 bedroom home with internet access and the 5.5 baths can easily accommodate 12 plus people comfortably. Other amenities include a barbecue grill, clubhouse, computer access, exercise room, lounge area, volleyball area, a beautiful view of the pond and surrounding woods and a gorgeous pool/spa which will add to your enjoyment. There will be a cleaning fee of 115.00 USD and a resort fee of 40.00 USD and both will be collected at check-in. Check-in time is from 3pm -5pm on the day of arrival. Please check in at the office, please have a state issued valid ID and credit card used for rental. Information needs to be verified. If after 5 pm, please come back by 9am the next business day. Must be 25 years of age at time of check-in. There is a lock box in front of the office for after hours check-in. Once booking is confirmed you will receive the information. Davenport, Florida is a quiet, small town neighbor of Disney World. Located along US 17 and just east of US 27, Davenport has remained largely unchanged by the impact of world-size tourism just to the north. The rolling hills of Lake Wales Ridge provide an idyllic setting for Davenport.
