Residences are generously proportioned, and feature nine-foot ceilings, quality interior detailing, thoroughly appointed kitchens, wall to wall sliding glass doors, and master suites with garden tub and walk-in shower. There is also covered parking. Please note there is a USD 50.00 resort fee on all rentals. The check-in office is located at: 520 Ocean Blvd., St. Simons Island, GA, 31522. Please call our office at 888-638-4750 in advance to obtain your lock box code and detailed check in directions. Please note that a fee of $107.50 will be taken upon check in. Our hours are from 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Monday through Friday. The person checking in must be at least 25 years of age.
