This hotel has been a landmark in the south Kihei area since 1954 and guests have come to recognize its quiet setting - two secluded beach coves- and its affordable comfortable accommodation. Guest rooms are spread throughout the grove and gardens with our deluxe rooms adjacent to the white sand beach - perfect for sun-tanning and whale watching. All rooms have mini-refrigerators. Daily maid service is provided. The Maui Lu has a unique- large swimming pool and two tennis courts where play is always complimentary. Our Activity Desk is always ready to make arrangements for golf- water sports - or sightseeing. In the evening Kihei is an ideal location with numerous restaurants and entertainment venues. 2009 PROPERTY UPGRADES Oceanside unit exteriors have been redone. Outdoor pool uniquely shaped like the island of Maui has been renovated and resurfaced. New furniture- picnic and a bbq area has been added.
