Walk to the new Beaver Creek Gondola. These condominiums, collectively The Lodge at Avon Center, have all the comforts of home, including a kitchen, living room, fireplace, and balcony. This is exceptional Beaver Creek, Colorado lodging. All Lodge at Avon Center guests have access to shuttle buses to Vail and Beaver Creek and stop at the doorstep of the building, are a short walk to the workout facility and Spa at the Avon Recreation Center and to the New Avon Riverfront Express Gondola, providing easy access to Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch skiing. Other amenities include heated underground parking, front desk with concierge service, coin-operated laundry on each floor and midweek cleaning of trash and towels. There will be a damage waiver to be filled out by the guest at check-in. A cleaning fee of USD 24.00 per bedroom - or loft - will be charged at check-in. This is a one-time fee. It is NOT per-night. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of reservation. There will be a damage waiver to be filled out by the guest at check-in. The Town of Avon is the Gateway to Beaver Creek ski area and eight miles west of the Vail Ski Mountain. Turn right onto West Beaver Creek Boulevard. 5. Take the first left into the parking lot for Avon Center - the first high-rise building you encounter. 6. Enter the building at the covered driveway. 7. On the left as you walk in the door will be the front desk office for the Lodge at Avon Center. 8. After you check in, you may move your car to the underground parking garage.
