The hotel offers 11,000 sq feet of meeting space indoors and 12,000 sq ft outside. The Xandau Ballroom seats a maximum of 400 for a banquet, 525 theatre style, and 325 classroom style. The Xandau Ballroom divides into three sections, two sections which divide once again, for a total of 5 breakouts using the Ballroom alone. The Ballroom Pre function area wraps around the Ballroom and features French doors which open up into the upper terrace, which looks into the internal part of the hotel outdoor space and with a fountain, extensive landscaping and a lawn area. The Boardroom is 325 sq ft, has French doors which open to the upper outdoor terrace and has a permanent board table seating 20 people. The Calypso and Fandango Meeting rooms are 625 sq ft each, and both also have French doors which open to the upper outdoor terrace. The four outdoor meeting and function spaces are perfect for outdoor mean events, receptions, wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions, and a myriad of other social and corporate events. The Redgarden Lawn is 4,200 sq ft and can seat up to 470 theatre style, 340 for a banquet and 450 for a reception. The area is surrounded by beautiful potted planters.
