12-State Southeast USA STS Map Releases 2nd Edition
ATLANTA, GA – Travelers to the Southeast are being treated to the Southeast Tourism Society (STS) Road Map's 2nd edition. Nearly 85% of its 250,000 copies have shipped since January 1. Building on the success of the inaugural map, the 2008 edition is bigger and better than ever:
LARGER FORMAT:
In this case, bigger is better! A better travel tool, that is. The 2008 Map is larger than its predecessor. The scale road map measures 34 x 24-inches yet still folds into the same easy-to-store 8.5 x 4-inch size.
MORE DETAILS:
With the larger format, the map includes more roads and topographical features while keeping its popular easy-to-see type.
MORE GREAT SOUTHERN DESTINATIONS:
Featured destinations across the Southeast take the spotlight as they invite travelers to stay and experience the uniqueness of their area. Travelers can map their route to include a featured area. An STS icon identifies a featured area on the map. The Destination Directory lists these destinations providing map coordinates and colorful, informational icons about special features and facilities.
