New Shows and New Glows Light Up Disneyland Resort this Summer
ANAHEIM, CA – Beginning June 12, Disneyland Resort lights up like never before as after-dark shows get sparkling new pixie dust, new characters, hi-def technology and an all-new array of fireworks for a “Summer Nightastic.” Disneyland brings favorite shows and parades to life: bigger, better and brighter.
In Disneyland® Park, Fantasmic is a classic, water-infused fireworks spectacular, marvelously enhanced with wondrous new effects. Highlights include an all-new 40-foot Audio-Animatronics® fire-breathing dragon and digitally projected animation that leaps off mist screens. Flotsam, Jetsam and Croc join the dramatic display as river creatures.
At Disney's California Adventure® Park, Tinker Bell joins the classic Disney's Electrical Parade and lights the way with her pixie dust as floats twinkle like never before and two beloved scenes make a triumphant return. A remastered soundtrack fills the night air.
Magical Fireworks, at Disneyland® Park, is an all-new fireworks spectacular featuring dazzling bursts of vivid color and visual effects that dance in the sky to celebrate magical Disney stories and characters — including Peter Pan, Pinocchio, Dumbo and Mary Poppins. Pyrotechnics whirl and soar to a melodious new soundtrack.
At night, Tinker Bell and her Disney Fairy friends are featured in a new experience as Pixie Hollow twinkles in celebratory décor. Every 15 minutes, the fairy land glimmers with iridescent enchantment, music fills the air and water dances exuberantly. Just follow the lighted trail in Disneyland® Park.
This summer, the whole family can dance the night away at TLC Dance Club. The Tomorrowland Terrace emits a neon glow as local radio DJs and live bands provide tunes that the whole family can enjoy. Don't miss the new talent making their Disneyland® debut and all the possibilities the night has in store. Get grooving at the summer's hottest dance party!
