Client Services Representative

Position
The Client Service Representative provides front-line, inside customer sales and service for TRIPmedia Group, Inc. This energetic, highly-motivated team player delivers sophisticated customer service by maintaining an accurate database and communicating regularly with accounts; develops strategies to secure new accounts for our website, publication, email newsletters, and maps; keeps abreast of competitive media landscape and market information; and functions as an active member of our fast-paced, changing environment.

This is an exempt, non-supervisory Business-to-Business marketing position requiring heavy phone usage in a comfortable, non-smoking small office environment reporting to top management.

Job Location
North Metro Atlanta (Norcross), Georgia

Qualifications
College graduate with three years successful experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing or retail sales. Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude. Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and efficient. Computer experience is required; use of data base management and word processing software is preferred. Experience in traveling throughout the United States is desirable.

Responsibilities
∞ Candidate maintains accurate account records in database.
∞ Candidate performs email or fax broadcasting each week.
∞ Candidate presents TRIPmedia Group’s online presentation.
∞ Candidate maintains CRM history status as contacts are communicated.
∞ Candidate achieves established sales goals.
∞ Other duties as assigned.
