TRIPmedia Group, Inc. evolved from the launch of TRIPsouth in the Spring of 1993. That quarterly print periodical served as a Travel Reference Information Planner for travel professionals booking volume to the South, the destination for 52% of USA travel. The publication has evolved into TRIPInfo.com's Resource Atlas & Handbook - an annual guide to the firm’s extensive online reference information.
In 1996 TRIPinfo.com launched to quickly access additional information for the travel professional readers or the print reference guide. Today, travel professionals spend more time on TRIPinfo.com than any other travel site...20+ minutes per day per user by approximately 30,000 travel pros per month...about 1 in 4 of all group leaders, meeting planners, travel agents, tour operators, event planners, etc. nationwide!
By 2000 the company started its email newsletters, now widely received by 35,000 opt-in recipients. Road maps were added in 2002. Today the central brand of TRIPmedia Group is the national TRIPinfo.com: Internet, Print, Newsletters & Maps. |
