Start an Adventure Across This Bridge Throughout the Year
CANON CITY, COLORADO – On the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, the bridge was the highest bridge in the world when it was built in 1929. It remains the highest bridge in the United States, rising 956 feet above the Arkansas River across the Royal Gorge. Today, the bridge is one of Colorado Spring's top attractions. The bridge and park are open daily 7am - dusk; visitors center and attractions open at 10am, weather permitting.
