The Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) and AECOM published the TEA/AECOM 2019 Theme Index and Museum Index: The Global Attractions Attendance Report, a study of attendance at major theme parks, amusement parks, waterparks and museums worldwide.
The top water parks in North America added nearly 200,000 visits in 2019, an increase of 1.2% over 2018. Parks attribute increases to better weather, strong marketing campaigns, enhanced operations and dynamic pricing.
