St. Maarten's Oyster Pond Marina

Right on the border between the French and the Dutch side of the island of St. Martin/St. Maarten lies Oyster Pond (also known as Oyster Bay). Facing the Atlantic, the marina can be windy and a bit rough at times, but the reef protects the area very well. It's a paradise for boaters and the starting point for a number of Caribbean sailing tours and cruises. The Voyageur ferry to St. Barth also leaves from the marina.
