NORTH PORT, FLORIDA - In 2020, the Atlanta Braves began playing their Spring Training games in CoolToday Park, a state-of-the-art complex in the master-planned community of West Villages Florida in North Port near Sarasota. Already a crowd favorite, the stadium has 6,200 seats and can accommodate 8,000 fans. As the Grapefruit League winds to a close on Tuesday, April 5, the Braves' home opener on Thursday, April 7 in Atlanta's Truist Park kicks off Champions Week. A special event is scheduled prior to each Braves' game including the World Series Ceremony and the unveiling of the 2021 World Series pennant.
