Field of Dreams Movie Site
DYERSVILLE, IOWA – From the Field of Dreams, an Academy Award nominee for “Best Picture of the Year” that was released in 1989, this movie site sits on 300 acres about 26 miles west of Dubuque, Iowa. The home, farm and baseball field have become a multi-generational attraction and sports venue drawing baseball fans and movie fans. Guided, 30-minute home tours and home rental for up to 7 guests who would like to spend the night in the home are available. Visitors may also rent the baseball field and the event center. A new state-of-the-art youth baseball complex is now under construction. This new complex will host year-round baseball, softball and youth tournaments.
