Grand Canyon Lodge North Rim Offers Fewer Crowds and Scenic Views
GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK, ARIZONA - Experience nature on its grandest scale during a stay at the Grand Canyon Lodge North Rim inside Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona. Sitting just above the canyon at an elevation of more than 8,000 feet, the Lodge offers four dining options ranging from quick snacks to a restaurant featuring regional dishes. Cabins at the Grand Canyon Lodge North Rim sit close to the rim, while motel rooms are located within a short walking distance from the lodge. With about one-tenth the visitation of the South Rim, the relatively tranquil North Rim is known for recreational activities, such as: hiking trails, mule rides and exploring the local flora and fauna. The Lodge is open from May 15 - October 15.
