NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK - About 18 million people will visit the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Plaza this year. A tradition since 1933, the famous Norway Spruce is lit with about 50,000 LED lights and a Christmas star tree topper made from 25,000 Swarovski crystals. The 85-foot tall tree was grown in Pennsylvania.
